When we moved into our new house, it had two less than ideal bathrooms. One was poor condition, and the other was completely unusable. We ask John to quote on one bathroom, thinking we couldn’t afford to do both. John arrived promptly, made sure that he understood clearly what we wanted, and came back quickly with an offer to do both bathrooms for a price we couldn’t refuse.

John’s team commenced work on the agreed date. John supervised the work himself and was always available to answer questions or offer designs suggestions. John and his team worked well with the other trades people working on other parts of the house. He was always helpful with ideas and solutions and ensured all the work was completed to a very high standard. We were very happy with the result and would recommend John and All New Bathroom and use him again in the future.

Recently, John and his colleagues did an excellent job on my total bathroom renovation.

As I live in an old building, we encountered unforseen problems on the way, each of which John handled as it occurred. He made a promise that he would not leave until everything was just as I wanted it, and he held to this promise.

He also had some innovative ideas, born from his years of experience, that we took aboard, which eventually made my bathroom unique - quite one of a kind.

Some of the hardware I had sourced myself, (in particular the bath,) was not ideally built. John went out of his way, expending much time and effort, to ensure it worked to our satisfaction.

The feedback from my friends is overwhelmingly positive, and I have an excellent and beautiful bathroom.

I first came to know John three years ago in 2005, he was referred to us through a happy customer who we came to meet in a tile shop.
